Lopolopo Lovelife

My first visit to the Capital Jazz Festival in Washington D.C. with my good friend Valda and her close friend Lorraine was phenomenal. We stayed in an Airbnb, heard great music, ran into BabyFace, stayed up late and bumped into friends from college. We talked about girl trips, dating and finding joy in our second act. 

As a recent widow, the dating game is foreign to me, so speaking openly about how things work, what to expect and where to look was a new and intimidating experience. There were actually more questions than answers in our discussions. I thought our readers might be interested in following the intersection of love and technology in future stories on our site.
